Cedar and Sage Cafe

Cedar and Sage Café, a new coffee shop and café in Stidham Hall at Haskell Indian Nations University, is now open to serve students, staff, and the campus community. The café will provide a hands-on learning environment where student workers can gain practical experience in key areas of business operations, including menu development, customer service, pricing, inventory management and daily operations. Proceeds from Cedar and Sage Café will directly benefit students— supporting wages for student workers and providing supplemental funding for student activities.
